The company started in April, 2006 from the dining room table of Cindi's home in Inman, South Carolina.   Business quickly flourished and the design studio relocated to Boiling Springs, South Carolina in August, 2007.

Less than a year later, June, 2008, the company experienced another surge in business and the design studio and production facility moved to Spartanburg, SC.

When the company began Cindi was the designer, sales rep and jewelry maker.   Now there are eight  jewelry makers, six sales reps, a business/office manager and Cindi.  

   The jewelry line is sold in fine jewelry stores, high end boutiques and specialty shops.   Each piece of jewelry is handcrafted and has a lifetime guarantee.   With personal service, attention to detail and a commitment to provide a high quality product, Cindi Knox Designs looks forward to designing and producing jewelry that can be worn everyday and that will last a lifetime.

  At this time, there are locations in twenty states that sell the Cindi Knox Designs jewelry line (Alabama, Arkansas, California, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Jersey, New Mexico,  North Carolina, Oklahoma,  South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Montana, Hawaii, Missouri, Arizona and Virginia).
